The Losaida United Neighborhood Gardens (LUNGS) presented the Harvest Arts Festival in the Gardens, a beautiful fall festival that showcased 24 community gardens in the Lower East Side. Each garden designed its own creative program for the festival. One of Le Petite Versailles’s offerings was the musical stylings of Whip Whipperton on piano and autoharp, with ukelele accompaniment by Carlo Maria. Whip battled a sore throat through his sets by chugging a jar of honey throughout the evening. That’s fricken showmanship!
